I’m at a loss of words.
Ironic as it may seem, I need to use ‘words’ to express the loss of them. For a mind that is accustomed to thinking – emptiness, stillness, nothingness seems unfathomable. Even goodness needs getting ‘used to‘.
Back and forth: The oscillation between the stillness and motion comes from the need for the mind to constantly feed on some thought. The moment you realise that you aren’t thinking of anything, you actually indeed are. In time you realise, “How simple it is to experience nothingness!”
Intention and action: It’s like when one first learns to float on water. Even though it is inherent to our being, we all forget how to. So, through hours of trial and error, in that one sudden moment you reveal yourself to yourself.
Celebrating the True Self! 🙂
